The company Ured EEP d.o.o. (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, etc.) is the owner of the website www.ured-eep.hr (“website”). This statement describes the type of information we may collect from you when you visit our website and explains how we use that information and the steps we take to protect it.

What information do we collect about you and how do we use it?

You can visit our website without disclosing your personal data. We do not collect personal information about you (such as your name and contact details) when you visit this website, unless you voluntarily submit information using one of the available forms for a specific purpose (contact form, job application form) and on thus your consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the stated purposes.

All the personal data is used exclusively for the purposes for which it was collected and for which consent was given. Consent for the processing of personal data may be given by persons aged 16 or over, while for persons under 16 consent may be given by a parent or guardian. The Company will process personal data legally, fairly and transparently in accordance with applicable regulations. We will not make the collected data available to unauthorized third parties in any way, except for the purpose prescribed by law. All data are deleted after the termination of the purpose for which they were collected, ie the termination of the contractual relationship, and at the latest after the expiration of all legal obligations related to the storage of personal data.

Business cooperation

If you are our business partner or you are in some other contractual relationship with us, we process your personal data that we need for the purpose of concluding, implementing and executing our contractual obligations. The office of EEP d.o.o. cooperates in most cases with business entities and only to a lesser extent processes personal data of natural persons, which may include personal data such as name and surname, address, OIB and contact information. Providing your personal data in this case is a necessary condition for a contractual relationship. We store the data for the duration of our cooperation, as well as after its expiration in the period required by our legal obligations.

How and with whom do we share your personal information?

If it is necessary in order to achieve the purpose of processing and if it is so determined by legal regulations, we may disclose your personal data to state bodies at their request and to third parties. If it is necessary to disclose and send your personal data to third parties, they will be provided only with the data necessary to achieve the specific purpose of processing.

Personal data may be transferred to third parties only if there is a legal basis for the transfer.

Your rights

At any time you can:

  • request access to your personal data and request an update of personal data;
  • request additional information on how we use your information;
  • receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically possible, transfer this data to another controller without hindrance if the processing of your data is based on your consent and is carried out in an automated manner
  • request the deletion of your personal data. Because users may only request the deletion of their personal information, for the protection of users we may ask you to verify your identity before making a request;
  • in cases where processing is based on consent, withdraw your consent with effect in the future in order to cease such specific processing. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal;
  • request a restriction on the processing of your personal data
  • object to any processing based on our legitimate interest, unless the reasons for such processing are stronger than the right to the protection of personal data.

Confidentiality and access to data

With this statement, the company Ured EEP d.o.o. that in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, they will preserve the confidentiality of all personal data to which they have the right and authority to access and that we will use the same personal data exclusively for the prescribed purpose.

When you visit our website, your personal information remains confidential, unless you wish to disclose it voluntarily. We undertake not to disclose or transfer to third parties the information we have received (except in cases prescribed by the Regulation).

In the event of a change to our privacy policy, we will notify you on this page and update the date of the change to the privacy policy.
